POSITION/TITLE: Customer Care Center Corporate Recruiter
REPORTS TO: Customer Care Center Assistant Manager
LOCATION: Issaquah, WA.
TYPE OF POSITION: Full Time
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
POSITION SUMMARY:To ensure that the staffing requirements for the Customer Care Center (CCC) are met and that the highest quality of applicants are maintained for personnel. Responsibilities include analyzing the information provided on applications and resumes, determining the suitability of the applicant for employment, conducting initial interviews over the telephone as well as in person, testing, final hiring decisions and attending various job fairs.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned
? Meet with managers to determine job specifications, required skills and experience
? Develop job postings that attract qualified candidates
? Interview candidates
? Manage postings on various job boards
? Source and screen resumes and candidates
? Develop interview guides and training materials
? Extending offers of employment
? Networking in the community to ensure flow of applicants
? Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources
? Accept overall responsibility to success of the recruitment campaign
? Attend local job fairs and recruiting events
? Stay updated on laws regarding recruitment
REQUIREMENTS:
? Oral and Written Communication – Speaks and writes clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; Listens and gets clarification.
? Teamwork – Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
? Exceptional organization and time-management skills
? Able to stay on task and work independently with little supervision
? Self-starter with strong initiative
? Attendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time; Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.

? Must be highly productive and a high degree of accuracy required
? Excellent decision making skills
? Must have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
? Basic sales skills
? Customer centric
? Ability to work with and keep a positive, supportive attitude towards the Company, job, customers and co-workers
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Experience with outbound sourcing and cold calling.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
For the most part ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Employee must be able to handle strenuous customer deadlines and be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
